I got similar letter for my SR regarding EAD. After I got this letter, my EAD was approved in 80 days. My EAD was pending for more than 270 days when my lawyer opened an SR. I got my EAD exactly after 365 days.
I am sure somebody is working on your case.

Not in CA. My wife did her entire credentailing program with out a social security number. She got her Credentail certificate from California Commission of Tecahers and finger printing also done for teaching based on that temporary number allocated by her school.

Eb3Retro, Did you sign G-28 initially for your (previous employer's) attorney to represent? if so how did you change the representation?
i have not changed attorney so far, just wanted to retain the same guy until i extend my EAD this time, (which is pending and awaiting results anytime soon) , once this is done, i am going to file G28 and self file AP myself. My attorney charges exorbitant fees for doing this, just for the safety sake, just for ead extn i used him...few more days and i will say thanks for all his services..

It's here! On time, and as described in ad. This weekend it will get it's first workout... Reading up on new features. I am going to set a few test "banks" (pre-sets) based on last years experience at that facility. Hoping that only minor tweaks are necessary once there.

I am not 100% sure about this issue but� I do see couple of emails from attorneys regarding denying port of entry in NJ airport. If you come across of any cases please share.

No the H1B doesn't become INVALID.
You just may not be eligible for another extension.

Nope. My lawyer did a mistake to correct himself he applied though dates were not current.
What do you think now? any suggestion.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Currently i am not enrolled into any company benefits like Health Insurnace etc as i have those benefits from my spose company.
This company said that they are paying thier attorney firm 5200$ for H1b and i am not paying anything.
For this 5 months, i will be H4 and will not get paied by this company.
Question is:
1. Can the company now apply and pay for H1b for Oct 1st start date and then later can they tell me not to hire me anymore?
2. Can mutiple employers file for h1B with same start date of Oct 1st?
If yes, then i would start looking for other jobs as my backup H1b jobs.
Please advise. Much appreciated - thanks

Such are the erratic ways of USCIS that we are all in the paranoid zone. When you get the unexpected (i.e. paper mail and no online approval) it does make us wonder and asntonished. There is an old Turkish proverb "When you burn your lips drinking hot milk you start blowing on your yogurt"

My company has filed for EB-1 multinational manager for me.....I was on L1A earlier. I dont think the process is as fast as some folks think......specially since for EB1 manager category I140 premium processing is not allowed......
I guess the requirement for L1A is that one should be managing a business, people and processes...... and should have been employed in managerial capacity for the same company outside US......once L1A is done (it takes 5-6 days under premium procesing).....my understanding is that it establishes a strong basis for EB1 filing
Hey dont you think there should be some minim qualifications before you could be filed for as manager, for eg:- MBA or something like that? The so called friend of this guy is not a manager but is going to be made into a manager just for the EB1 purpose. How can they do that. I believe this is a Indian consulting company!!
