Thanks so much for your reply. I think it will always a good idea to keep USCIS inform about your working condition since this is 'Employment based' case.
For AC21 I think I will need to match following:
1. New employment letter which should describe duties which 'must' be same or similar to what was mentioned in my labor certificate.
2. Start date/salary/position title
3. Any Benefits if provided.
Do I need any document from sposerer employer? Do I need anything else?

The lawyer usually send the cover letter justifying the "same or similar job" salary, location etc. This also depends a lot on what is in original PERM.
Good lawyer will also draft the letter you will need from new employer. sometimes this may require to be less specific. (details are veriable). But it needs to be a "permanent job offer".

How much is the diffference ? If the pay (you are getting) and the required pay is not vastly different (say within 10-12 % range) you should be OK if company can prove their ability to pay.
The GC salary offered need not be paid now, it need to be paid after 485 is approved (which possibly will take years)

I am very much around, just buried under a juggernaut project at work so I can't be IV 24-7. I hope to get a life in a month or so.
I have too much invested in IV and this whole issue to just walk away. That Senate bill has stuff the IV content team cracked and crafted, which the rest of the crew strategized to actually get into the bill that passed. We have to carry it to the finish line -- which may look like a mirage right now -- but we will get there.

Usually if Primary's GC approved, RFE for dependents is minor.
When my GC is approved, my dependents get an RFE.
It is for Marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.
Lawyer want $250 for each persons to respond the rfe.
I did asked a copy from the lawyer and send the RFE reply. GC approved within 1 week.
USCIS condider each I-485 as seperate petition, not as a full family affair. My lawyer have all the details, but I think she send these documents with my package only. That is why these birth and marriage certificates are missed from my dependents file.
Lawyers make money and penalise us for their omissions also !!!!!!!!!!!!!
But they didn't admit it. But I did outsmart them with the RFE.
After one month legal aid call me for money and documents, I told them, I have GC in my hand. THANK YOU. !!!!!!!!!!

The fact that you are moving to a new employer using your EAD is in essence using the AC-21 portability provision. This new employer will now have to support your AC-21 claim.
You don't have to do anything further. In case employer A revokes your I-140, then USCIS might send an NOID. This can be easily reversed by sending in your AC-21 documents via the new employer.
There is no such thing as "continuing your GC process with your old employer" in your case. It is only true if you are working for your new employer using H1-B or other type of a visa, NOT EAD.
If anyone has doubts about what I said then please correct me.
